On March 2 Apple will introduce a new iPAd 2 model and rumors already flying. Those are the main ones mentioned in the PCWorld yesterday:
- A thinner and lighter iPad
- A slightly thinner screen bezel
- Flat back design and larger, stereo speakers
- A front-facing camera on the iPad 2
- A5 dual-core processor and 512MB or 1GB of RAM
- A dual-mode GSM CDMA chip inside the 3G iPad 2
- SD card slot
- Thunderbolt port
- A carbon-fiber body
